What we collect, and why

What the form collects

Whether you are a homeowner or a builder or designer, your name, your email address, and, if you choose to give them, your phone number, the neighbourhood of the project and a description of it.

We use these details to answer your request and arrange a site visit.

Where it goes

The form sends one email to Uniline Finish Carpentry at unilinefc@outlook.com. Delivery is handled by Resend, an email service with servers in the United States.

A copy of that email goes to the agency that built this website and keeps it running. They receive the same details and use them to make sure the form works and to report on enquiries to us.

If our email service cannot be reached, the form sends your message through a backup service, Web3Forms, to the agency, who pass it on to us.

If you choose to send your enquiry on WhatsApp instead, it goes through WhatsApp and is covered by their privacy terms.

We do not sell your information or share it for advertising.

Your IP address

The form accepts five submissions per hour from the same internet connection, so nobody can flood our inbox. To count them, this site’s server keeps your IP address in temporary memory, never on disk, and it is not added to the email we receive. Like any website, our host and the backup service see it when your browser connects to them.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and carries no advertising or social media trackers.

It is hosted by Vercel, which keeps standard server logs of requests, as any web host does.

Asking for your information

Write to unilinefc@outlook.com to ask for a copy of what we hold about you, or to have it deleted. You can also call us at +1 (647) 971 3247.

Changes

If what this website does with your information changes, this page changes with it, and the date at the top moves.
